Week 1 Goal-Based Running Camp 2024

Service Description

These athletes vary by athleticism and will be grouped by experience. If you are athlete is entering the 4th grade, 5th grade, 6th grade, or 7th grade they are eligible by age. This camp will separate the novice athletes that are still searching for a passion to run, and those stronger athletes that have an endurance background looking to gain threshold and aerobic capabilities. These athletes may also be recognized in other sports and looking to balance their sports with running in the summer. This Camp will begin at 8:00am each morning and athletes will finish the day at 7:30pm Monday thru Friday.
